Our founder Pradeep Sagar is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a former Certified Management Consultant in Canada. He co-founded several enterprises in the fields of Education, Information Technology, Real Estate and Finance in Canada, the UAE and in India. He is currently focused on providing venture capital and seed capital to promising business ventures. The Sagar family actively participates in several charities and non-profit organisations and foundations throughout Canada and India.
Vallabh Chadha, CFA, brings in 10 years of investment management experience. Vallabh’s experience spans across multinational banks including Barclays Investment Bank and Deutsche Bank in the UK and UAE, specialising in managing investments in the private and public markets for global HNI & UHNI clients. Vallabh has lived across 5 continents, can speak three languages and is an instrumental driver to managing and expanding SFC’s portfolio companies on a global scale.
Achalis the Founder and MD of Legacy Emirates Group which includes Legacy SmartEmployment Services (HR Outsourcing), Azara Capital(VC/Angel Investing andCorporate Finance), Fame Legacy(Tax Consulting) and Legacy Marketing(Art &Trading). He had been a career banker for more than 20 years before becoming anEntrepreneur with business interests in the UAE, India and Canada. Achal is currently focused on early stage investing and service businesses, mainly in HR outsourcing, Tax Agency, DSA, Art & Events.
Jean-Patrickholds degrees in Finance & economy from the University of Mount-Allison. JP started his career in the investment banking and corporate finance world occupying roles including equity and debt financing and M&A transactions. He worked with RBCRoyal Bank, UBS, Landsbankinn and Oaklins where he held the role of managing partner. As the CEO of The Sekurcorp group, he manages companies engaged in defensive security operations based in the US and Canada that are leaders in the hazmat/decontamination, parking enforcement, mobility services, transport and fleet security, airport security management, security guarding services, investigation and cybersecurity.
Nawwaf has an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and has studied for an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering at McGill University, Montreal, Canada. Nawwaf has worked at leadership positions with major enterprises in Canada and Saudi Arabia. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer of a medical services enterprise in Saudi Arabia.
A Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years experience at senior management levels, Neelesh currently heads a VC Fund that invests family wealth in startups which can then be brought to Dubai and Middle East and North Africa (MENA ) region. He is an active investor and participates in management by mentoring young founders in India.
